Future House Price Indices (HPIs) published by Peter Sceats & Associates provide an estimate of the future price of an average UK house. The indices are derivative prices based on established industry partners data and published sources.  Future HPIs are not a guarantee of future property returns, rather they illustrate dynamic forward prices which are subject to change. The indices are an economic reference tool representing the changing forward value of UK housing.  

The data is prepared from information that PS & A believes is collated with care, using reliable and consistent market sources , but we make no statement as to its accuracy or completeness and reserve the right to vary methodology and to edit or discontinue the indices at any time for regulatory or other reasons.

Indices are provided to and for use by authorised clients and may not be passed on to third parties with out the express written permission of Peter Sceats & Associates. Persons seeking to place reliance on the indices for their own or third party commercial purposes do so at their own risk.
